Ninety capsules, 12 mg of IVMCT in each. The shell is HPMC plant cellulose, not gelatin. The other three ingredients, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, are standard manufacturing helpers. Gluten free, soy free, non-GMO. The full panel is under Supplement Facts.

Is the capsule gelatin?
No. The shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a plant cellulose listed on the label as a vegetable capsule. The label also states gluten free, soy free and non-GMO.
